Telehealth
Is telehealth suitable for my child?
We often get asked if telehealth is suitable for young children?
The answer is YES! It is suitable for ALL ages. You can have sessions in the comfort of your own home, after school or during work hours, and our research shows the outcome is the same as coming into a clinic.

Rebates Available
Rebates may be available for Australian Citizens. We accept the following:
Medicare
Medicare rebates may be available for those eligible (up to five sessions per calendar year) via Chronic Disease Management plans.
A health care provider (GP) referral is required and rebates cannot be claimed until we receive the referral form.
Rebates cannot be backdated. They are valid from the date of referral.
Health Fund
Rebates may be available through your private health fund.
Please contact your insurance company before your first appointment to ensure speech therapy is covered.
Please note we are not registered with HCF. All other health funds are accepted.
NDIS
We are not registered providers with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
However, we are able to see clients who self-manage their NDIS funding.
Please confirm your eligibility with NDIS and let us know at the time of booking if you are self-managed under the NDIS.
